Tail Track
Tail Track is a dog-training journal app I created and own, built to showcase my skills in product development, UX design, and digital strategy while also solving a real need within the dog community.
As the founder, I oversee every aspect of Tail Track, from concept development and branding to app design, marketing, and administrative operations. I built out the full digital presence, designed the user interface, crafted the feature set, and developed the marketing vision to demonstrate not only my creativity, but my ability to manage and execute a full product from idea to implementation.
Though the app is still in development, every piece has been intentionally designed to reflect real-world functionality, user needs, and the mission to support dog owners in their training journey.

Services Provided
Oversee all administrative operations for Tail Track, ensuring the company runs efficiently and remains legally compliant. This includes managing official records, coordinating documentation, handling communication with platforms like the App Store, and maintaining accurate business filings.
Monitor and organize financial workflows such as banking, invoices, and subscriptions, while keeping track of deadlines, renewals, and required reports. Maintain internal systems, securely manage user and company data, and ensure all processes align with Tail Track’s long-term goals.
Work proactively to streamline operations, improve internal structure, and support the smooth development and launch of the app.

UI/UX
Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces that enhance the Tail Track experience and support seamless interaction. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity layouts that prioritize clarity, simplicity, and accessibility for all dog owners.
Conduct iterative improvements based on user behavior, flow efficiency, and real-world training scenarios to ensure the app feels natural and supportive.
Maintain consistent branding, visual hierarchy, and functional design across every screen.
Collaborate with development needs by organizing assets, defining user flows, and preparing documentation that supports smooth implementation. Continuously refine the interface to elevate usability, engagement, and the overall user journey.
Marketing
Develop the foundational marketing strategy for Tail Track ahead of its official launch. This includes establishing the brand voice, visual identity, and core messaging that will guide all future marketing efforts. Begin outlining content pillars, campaign ideas, and platform strategy tailored to dog owners, reactive-dog households, and trainers.
While marketing has not been officially rolled out yet, all strategy, planning, and brand development are already in motion—ensuring a cohesive and impactful launch when the app is ready to go live.
